If you are an existing customer, please follow these steps to set up or amend a Direct Debit payment:

• Login or register your Banham account by clicking here.
• Once logged in, go to the ‘billing accounts’ tab and enter your customer and invoice number
• Then, go to the ‘online payments’ tab where you’ll see the option to set up or amend your Direct Debit
• Click 'Set up Direct Debit' or 'Amend Direct Debit' and complete the online form
• Once your application has been processed we will be in touch
• If your application is successful, you will receive a Confirmation Letter via email within three working days of sign up. We will also send an Advance Notice (Direct Debit schedule) 10 working days ahead of your first payment collection
