When you choose any of our award-winning locks or cylinders which come paired to your unique, patent protected Mark III keys, you’ll receive our Key Registration form. All we need are a few pertinent details about your set-up, including the location of your locks; then post it to us at Banham HQ in Earlsfield for secure processing. A lost form isn’t a problem; our team is on hand to guide you. Key registration is available to homeowners, companies, and managing agents, depending on whether it’s your home or business that you’ve entrusted to us. 

Once you’re registered, not only are you protected against unauthorised copies, but you’ll also benefit from a simplified process should you need a replacement or duplicate key at any time: just visit any Banham showroom with your key and photo ID, or authorise someone else to collect one of your behalf by filling out a quick form online. You can also grant permission to a named individual - either within your business, or a Managing Agent - with a request on letterhead paper.
